This platform is made possible via a partnership of Smart, Voyager Innovations and Rappler. The first three messages sent are free while succeeding texts will be charged P2.50.

Citizens may also help provide information on badly-hit areas by using the‪#‎SafePH‬ hashtag when posting updates on their Facebook and Twitter accounts.
